Aries has its own fleet of highly trained, well equipped professionals who service the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex (Sorry, we only service Aries Spas). And for the do-it-yourselfers, we carry a complete line of parts and components for your Aries Spa.

Unlike many of our competitors, Aries' policy is to use standard-sized parts and name-brand components in our products. This way, you can purchase your repair parts from us, or from your local hardware or parts outlet. We believe that choice should be left to you.

It will be helpful if you have the following information when you call: The name the spa was purchased under, address, phone, approximate date and place of purchase of your Aries Spa (sorry, we only service Aries brands) and the problem you are having. How Is Aries Quality Achieved?
  • Spa shell is made by advanced vacuum molding process, using the color of your choice
  • Several layers of fiberglass are applied under pressure and hand rolled to perfection, insuring the strongest shell available in the industry
  • Insulation foam is added for maximum energy efficiency. Next, all adjustable and interchangeable jests are installed following customer's individual specification
  • Spa is placed into a beautiful hand-crafted cedar cabinet, also foam-lined to provide additional insulation

I had one small mechanical problem when a rotating nozzle came out. I called your office and got assistance over the phone on how to reinstall the nozzle and haven't had any problems since.
